Save to SaveHQ from any AI, any app.
SaveHQ is where your saves live: one visual board, sorted for you, shared with your friends. Connect Muse, Claude, ChatGPT and your own tools, email in a spreadsheet, or call the API.
Email import
Send links, or a CSV or Excel file of them, to import@savehq.app from the email on your account. We reply with what was added.
Spreadsheets and files
Upload a CSV, Excel or text file on the Import page. We find the links and keep your own list names, whatever the columns are called.
MCP server
Let an AI assistant save to your board and search it. Connect https://savehq.app/api/mcp with a personal API key.
Personal API
Save and search from scripts, Shortcuts or an agent's custom connector. Create a key in Settings; set it to expire or keep it until you revoke it.
Your assistant finds it. SaveHQ keeps it.
Assistants are great at digging up links and terrible at keeping them somewhere you can see. Send what they find to SaveHQ.
Muse
Works todayAsk Muse: βEmail my Instagram saved collections as a spreadsheet to import@savehq.app.β Your links arrive on your board and your Instagram collections come across as SaveHQ lists. Muse can also connect straight to the SaveHQ API with a personal key.
Claude
Sign in with SaveHQAdd SaveHQ as a custom connector in Claude with https://savehq.app/api/mcp, sign in, and approve. No key to copy.
ChatGPT
Developer mode todayPaid ChatGPT plans can add https://savehq.app/api/mcp in developer mode and sign in. A listed SaveHQ app is on the way; until then you can also email links to import@savehq.app.
Any MCP client
Works today with a keyCursor, Perplexity, Poke and any other tool that speaks MCP (the standard AI assistants use to call outside tools) and can send a header.
Connect in a minute.
Claude and ChatGPT: sign in
In Claude, open Settings β Connectors, choose Add custom connector, and paste https://savehq.app/api/mcp. In ChatGPT, add the same address in developer mode. You'll sign in to SaveHQ and see exactly what the app is asking for before you allow it.
Other tools: use an API key
In SaveHQ, open Settings β AI & integrations and create a key. Copy it right away: it's shown once.
Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http savehq https://savehq.app/api/mcp \ --header "Authorization: Bearer shq_your_key"
Cursor and other clients that take a JSON config:
{
"mcpServers": {
"savehq": {
"url": "https://savehq.app/api/mcp",
"headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer shq_your_key" }
}
}
}Your assistant can then save links, search your saves (βwhat did I save about Tokyo?β), list recent ones and share your board link.
Or use the API directly
curl https://savehq.app/api/v1/saves \
-H "Authorization: Bearer shq_your_key" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"urls": ["https://www.instagram.com/reel/β¦"], "collection": "Places to go"}'curl "https://savehq.app/api/v1/saves?q=ramen" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer shq_your_key"
In only, on your terms.
- These connections add and read saves. None of them can delete anything or post anywhere.
- Email import only accepts mail that proves it came from your address (DKIM, the signature Gmail and other providers add). A forged sender is ignored.
- API keys are shown once, stored only as a fingerprint, can be set to expire, and can be revoked in Settings at any time.
