Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SaveHQ (the “Service”). By creating an account or messaging the SaveHQ bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
SaveHQ lets you save items — such as restaurants, shows, videos, and places — by messaging our bot on Telegram, Instagram, or WhatsApp, and browse them in a web dashboard, including collections shared with people you invite.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and at least 13.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
- Send content that infringes others’ rights or violates the rules of Telegram, Meta, or any platform you connect.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
Third-party platforms
SaveHQ works alongside Telegram, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. You are responsible for having the right to connect any account you link.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you send. You grant SaveHQ a limited license to store, process, categorize, and display that content to you and the collaborators you invite, solely to operate the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via the Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved items will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveHQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
