Data Deletion

You can delete your SaveHQ data at any time. This page explains how, in line with the requirements of Meta (Instagram and WhatsApp) and Telegram.

Delete individual items

Sign in to your dashboard at savehq.app and delete any saved item directly. Deleted items are removed from your collection immediately.

Delete your entire account

You have two options:

• In the app: go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, saved items, and linked platform identifiers.
• By email: send a request from your account email to privacy@savehq.app with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify and complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deletion via Instagram / WhatsApp

If you connected SaveHQ through Instagram or WhatsApp, you can also remove SaveHQ from your Meta account settings (Settings → Apps and Websites). When Meta notifies us that you have removed SaveHQ, we automatically delete the data associated with your Meta identifier and generate a confirmation reference for that request.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (email/phone).
• All saved items and collections you own.
• Your linked platform identifiers (Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp).

We may retain a minimal record where required to meet legal obligations; this is not used for any other purpose.
